Mother & Daughter Class

We had another Mother & Daughter class last weekend where we made some fun Halloween projects I wanted to share!

First is a cute treat basket box I made to take to friends for Halloween. It's made with the Sizzix Big Shot envelope die, cut out four times. It's so fun! Thanks to Patty Bennett for the idea! You can click on the photo to see the picture better.

Next is the Frankenstein bags we made at the class using punches and the top note Sizzix die. Thanks to Cambria Turnbow's blog for this cute idea!

Lastly we used the Chills and Thrills rub-ons on these cute pails from the dollar spot at Target. We added ribbons, M&M's and crinkly paper for a really cute gift!

The kids enjoyed using the liquid applique to make Halloween cards, that's always a hit. Then, thanks to an idea from Dawn Reilly's blog, we made these coaster frames, which is a bi-fold frame that stands up and you put Halloween photos on it. (Mine doesn't have photos yet!) It's made using coasters. So cute! Then the kids did these cute skeleton cards (this one is Kaylie's) using skeleton paper and stamps! Use a sponge dauber on white ink on the skeleton to omit the words!! You get a whole new use for the stamp!
Sunday Kaylie and I did another card challenge...this time it was to use pink pirouette paper and the Top Note Sizzix Die. Here are our cards:

Mine: Flower Fusion and Flower Fusion Too, Chocolate Chip Ribbon, Sweet Always DSPaper, Birthday Stamp Set, Silver Brads
Kaylies: Scallop punch, Happy Hearts Set, Background Basics and Chocolate Chip Marker
And from our challenge 3 weeks ago....any card using the square scallop punch and pretty in pink and chocolate chip and white color scheme!

Kaylie: Scalloped edge punch, scallop square punch, designer label punch, flower punch, circle punches, family greetings and hostess set
Mine:Punches Three set, All in the Family set, Neighborhood Wheel, Scallop square punch
