Youth Class

These photos were taken with natural light and they are a bit washed out! But this weekend I'm teaching a youth class at church for 12-18 year olds and these are the cards I'm teaching.

Wanted them to get to try out the new Texturz Plates and the ink on stamps technique..plus punches! =)

This is a fun teen style set with the distressing tool and some more fun punches!
I have two versions of this baja breeze monochromatic card and one uses the eyelet border punch and one uses the scallop border punch and different DSP's.
Lastly I wanted them to try their hand at cutting out with the Big Shot and the top Note Die. I only have 50 minutes for the class I had to keep it pretty easy! Hope you enjoy the ideas!

More Presentation Samples

These are more samples from my presentation on Saturday. This uses the new Raspberry Tart paper and the Hooray Hardware, as well as the clear rhinestone brads and felt flowers! I used glitter on chipboard for the first time! FUN!

The tree and title use rub-ons from the Bright Delights kit. The frog and the grass are from the new Hoppy Memories Simply Scrappin Kit.
These are my cute froggy swap cards! I love them! I used the texturz plates on the olive piece. Colors are So Saffron, Old Olive and Chocolate Chip. I made 40 of these for my meeting last weekend.
My cute boys enjoying some craft time while the kids are offtrack! =)

A Good Friend Stamp Set & Chipboard

These are some cards I made for the Luv2Stamp Meeting. I did a presentation on the Retro line using the fun new embellishments. Here I covered the chipboard birds with the Good Morning Sunshine papers and added some Incolors ribbon, the new white brads and the awesome corduroy buttons! LOVE them!!
I used markers to color the beak and the legs...I liked the cute eyeballs!
This card uses the new mini library clips...
And this card was done by my very own 7 year old!! Isn't it cute? He made it ALL by himself after watching me cut out some DSP to cover my chipboard birds. He is so talented! =)

Retro Theme

I'm doing a presentation on the Retro Theme using New Embellishments at an upcoming Stampin' Up! meeting so I'm playing with some of my new stuff this week. Here is a card using the new DSP and rub-ons...note to self...don't use rub-ons on dark paper!
This card is fun, using the new Cheep Talk set and the DSP as well as the texturz plates (the circle background is hard to see in this photo..but if you click you can see it)
This is a bright and crazy card...I tried cutting out the bird..its too much work!!
My favorite card..trendy trees with the great texturz plate behind it. I love the colors!! A great simple card!
